Public browsing stays lightweight — anyone can view listings without signing up. An account unlocks richer interactions: direct messaging, saved searches, favourites, and for sellers, a full listing dashboard.

Listing is free. Keyli only charges a success fee of 0.35% when your property sells — significantly less than the 2–3% commission typically charged by traditional agents. There are no upfront advertising costs or locked-in contracts.

The success fee covers access to the Keyli platform, your listing management dashboard, the quality review before your home goes live, direct messaging with buyers, and ongoing support throughout your sale.

No. Keyli is built for private sellers — you manage your listing, set your price, and communicate with buyers directly. You can still engage an expert from our directory (a solicitor, photographer, etc.) on your terms, without bundling them into a single high-cost commission.

Your listing goes through a quality review before it's published. Our team checks that all the important details are complete and presented clearly so buyers can trust what they see from day one. You'll be notified once you're live.

Yes. Keyli does not require exclusivity. However, most sellers find that the combination of a Keyli listing, direct buyer enquiries, and expert services booked on demand makes a separate agent unnecessary.

Yes — browsing, saving favourites, and contacting sellers directly are all free for buyers on Keyli.

The Keyli expert directory includes property photographers, conveyancers and solicitors, building and pest inspectors, stylists, and other professionals who support buyers and sellers through the property process.

Experts apply to be listed on Keyli. We vet applicants to maintain quality, and approved experts set their own services, areas, and upfront pricing. Enquire via our waitlist form and select 'Expert' as your interest.

Expert bookings on Keyli use escrow-protected payments. Funds are held securely until the service is delivered, protecting both the client and the expert.

We collect only what is needed to run your account and facilitate transactions. Public browsing is lightweight and does not require any personal details. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

All listings pass a quality review before they go live. We check for completeness and accuracy, and we will take down any listing found to be misleading. Buyers can also flag issues directly from any listing.
